3:07 a.m.
The baby’s awake again. Sereno knows what comes next.
A baby sleep tracker with a coach that knows your baby. Say what just happened, and get a straight answer to “what now?”
She woke up after 40 minutes and she’s rubbing her eyes. What now?
That was a short one, so she’ll get tired sooner. Aim for the next nap around 1:45 p.m. If she melts down before then, a contact nap in the carrier is fine.
Also, 120 ml bottle ten minutes ago
Logged at 12:58 p.m. Next feed is due around 3:30.
Why another baby app
Most baby apps tell you what happened. Sereno tells you what to do next.
You already know the 3 a.m. routine: one hand on the baby, the other Googling “wake window 5 months”, scrolling a group chat and squinting at a chart of yesterday. Sereno reads the day so you don’t have to.
The old way
- Typing times into an app with one thumb
- Charts that explain yesterday
- Generic advice for a generic baby
- Googling “is this normal” at 3 a.m.
With Sereno
- Say “she fell asleep ten minutes ago” and it’s logged
- The next nap and feed, worked out for you
- Advice that knows how your baby sleeps and eats
- An answer in seconds, at any hour
What it does
Built for the parent holding the baby.
Just say it
Log naps, feeds, diapers and baths with your voice, the way you’d actually say it. Sereno handles the times.
“Bottle, 120 ml, about ten minutes ago.”
A coach that knows your baby
It knows their age, whether they sleep in a crib or with you, and whether they’re breastfed or on formula. So the advice fits your baby, not the average one.
The whole day at a glance
Naps, feeds, solids and bath on one rhythm, with the next wake window already worked out.
No phone required
Start a nap from your Apple Watch, check the timer on your Lock Screen, and keep the phone in your pocket.
Why “Sereno”
“Three o’clock, and all’s well.” In old Spain, night watchmen called serenos walked the streets with a lantern, calling out the hour and the sky: “Las tres en punto y sereno.” Sereno keeps that watch with you, so the night feels a little calmer.
Questions
Before you ask.
Who is it for?
Parents of babies in their first year who want fewer guesses and more sleep, whether you co-sleep or use a crib, breastfeed or bottle-feed.
Does it replace my pediatrician?
No. Sereno helps with routines and day-to-day questions. For anything medical, call your pediatrician.
What do I need?
An iPhone. Apple Watch is optional and makes night logging even easier.
When can I get it?
Sereno is in testing now and coming soon to the App Store.
